Every job starts at the patio. We measure each opening, look at the slab the bottom bar will sit on and the beam the housing will hang from, and note which way each opening faces, because that decides the fabric. Then one written price, for the whole patio.
The people who measure are the people who install. Screens are set so every one on an elevation stops at the same line, the tracks are checked for gaps, and the controls are shown to you before we leave.

Blue Note A/V has designed and installed audio, video, lighting, shading and automation in Dallas–Fort Worth homes since 2006, and is certified on ELAN, Control4 and Lutron. When the patio screens belong to the same firm as the interior shades and the control system, they can lower on a timeclock with the rest of the house instead of from a remote in a drawer.
It also means the samples have somewhere to live: Blue Note’s private showroom in Farmers Branch, where you can see the fabrics in daylight, by appointment.
