Argyle is acreage: a covered patio off the back of a brick house, a lawn that runs to a fence line, a pool with a long stone patio beside it, and an evening that belongs to the mosquitoes unless something keeps them out. Screens give the patio back after dark. We measure, make and install from Farmers Branch, about forty minutes up 35E.

What Argyle homeowners ask us first.
Do the screens keep mosquitoes out?
Yes. The fabric is a fine weave in a zipper track that seals the edges and a bottom bar that meets the floor, so there is no gap for them. It is the reason the patio is usable after dark in summer.
Do I need HOA approval in Argyle?
Usually yes for anything on the exterior, and most associations approve screens on the rear elevation when the frame color matches the trim. We give you a one-page submittal with the frame color, the fabric and a photo of a similar installation, which is what the architectural committee wants to see.
How wide can one screen be?
Up to 22 1/2 ft on a zipper track, 25 ft recessed. A wider patio is split at a post or column so every screen stops at the same line.
How long does it take?
Three to four weeks from the deposit to installation, most of it the screens being made to your measurements in Richardson. Installation is usually a day.
